GOLFBRO SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Orders are processed from our Australian facility, shipped to Japan for blessing and sent via our Japanese office to customer address.
• Tracking information is emailed once items are despatched.

PACKAGING INFORMATION

• Here at GOLFBRO we honour our maker by not producing any more packaging than what is completely necessary for the customer to receive their purchase. 

 SHIPPING COSTS

• Price will be calculated at checkout.
• If orders are undeliverable and returned to us, we can only re-send if a secondary shipping charge is processed by the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Standard delivery time for Australian orders is 3-5 business days.
• International orders delivery times subject to confirmation at checkout.
• COVID-19 related delivery delays are ongoing and may affect delivery times.
• All delivery durations provided are estimates only and GOLFBRO accepts no liability in regard to any deviation in actual delivery times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS INFORMATION

• The customer is required to contact their local postal service if a parcel is delayed, please contact us if you require their details.
• Orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.
• Please contact your local customs office to find out if/how much these taxes may be.
• GOLFBRO makes no allowances for local taxes in application of the value of the products rendered.
